Athlon 64 - 3400 w/800 FSB, with Gig of RAM. Seagate 80 gig HD & I think a ATI 6800 vid card and some time for FS2!!!!!!

They're decent machines, at least until you have to open it up to fix it. I hate Compaqs. Anything they could possibly make propietary, they did. The power supply is FFS. The motherboard plug has four more wires than the standard ATX PSU. I found this out trying to fix my roomates comp. The PSU in his died, so I told him to get a new case. He gets one, we go to plug it in and, oh, look, the plug doesn't fit.

It's not alot to upgrade, these days...

My Mobo cost 200
My CPu and Ram cost 260 together
My Vid card cost 168
My HDD cost 120
My PSU cost 70 (beccause I bought it in CompUSA and not on NewEgg)

So that's...~800... for a really powerful fast PC.
