StarFox: A Dividing Peril

ProLogue:

"War is upon us General, we need forces stronger then the naked eye could see."

"That is where you are wong, Cpatain Grey. We need just a few leaders and a army sent there one for defense and one for offense. Bring McCloud up on the monitor."

The monitor flashed as the General watched as a brown fox apperead and stood a attention, "Sir?"

"Fox, we need you and your team to become part of the deffense and hold the army back from Katina's base. If they get in there, it is coming out of your paycheck, Amdmiral would do worse then, now go Fox onto the deffense."

The Brown fox laughed a bit and disappered off the screen and Pepper looked at the map of Katina. His eyes widened with suprise.

"Grey get him back it was a trap, there are mountains to the east it would atleast take them two days to get over them they are coming from the noth, get him on the line NOW! If we don't hurry on this McCloud and everyone could be there and fgihting for us longer then we need them to."

"The call isn't going in sir."

"We are too late, they are here now, send out the army and fight until we can't fight anymore!" howled the General and pointed to the door were the Captain was running.

The General turned and looked out his window. They won't be able to fight this would they?

"Sir?"

"Peppy?"

The General turned and there was the old hare on the monitor looking at him.

"Yes speak Peppy tell me what do you know."

"NOt much sir but this, these things are half aporoid for one, two, they attack from everywheer and our theory it would take them atleast two days to cross the Katina divide? Well lets just say that was way off the charts it only takes them about GreatFox getting to Katina right now sir."

The General nodded his head and turned, "Thank you Peppy now be-"

"That isn't all sir Fox ad contacted me moons ago saying something about the Katina base,"

The General stopped and turned, "Your saying since these are half aporoids we'll have to-"

"Yes, make one of those bombs again, and stuff it with more power then what we did with the aporoids."

"Yes is that all now?"

"No sir,"

"Now what?"

"They just broke through our defense on Mecbeth."

Chapter One: Suiting Up

Captain Miyu Lynx was erratated. By everything the war that was coming, everything. She strapped on her left boot and stood up. General would come by any second and tell them what they are going to do. She knew what, she never saw any action just sewer patrol. Where you would go searching for bodies and mabye shoot an alien, but that ws it, honestly. But she did not know what planet. It could be Katina where the forces were holding back the aliens until Cornaria was ready again. But probaly not since she would probaly see action there.

The General walked in with the Admiral. Time to show off. Miyu put her hands on her hips and narrowed her eyes at them. They came by quickly.

"Captain Lynx."

Miyu still looked at the oppisite direction, "Yeah what do you want."

This got the Admiral mad all the time she would get demoted and then put into action. The Admiral gritted his teeth and growled, "We have a mission for you to go to the sewers and hold back enenimies."

Miyu tunred and saluted and thought, Man I thought this day would never come.

Sargent Fay Pawnson was coming by with two guns, one for her and her partner Miyu. Miyu caught the gun with ease and put her helmet on. If they went to the sewers it was possible to under the water, this helmet was a ton of oxygen. The helmet was like gills take the water and turn it into oxygen. Miyu watched as the General walked away shaking his head and laughing with the Admiral.

Pepper knew whah Miyu was up to and didn't stop her, she wasn't breaking the rules since the Admiral dod not tell her front and center. Miyu crossed her arms and looked at Fay.

"Ready?"

"Yeah, where going in from the west so better get an extra pack of bullets."

Miyu shook her head and signaled for Fay to follow her. The CHutes were close by. E37 led you to the sewers and that is where they went into the shuttle and down the chute. The chute was basily a metal tube through layers upon layers of dirt. Miyu sighed and looked at fay, she had a man atleast and a child no one loved miyu besides the guns she used.

"So how is Weston?"

"Fine he is in the academy now."

"Cool, Bill."

"Fine he was sent to Katina he is fine I got a call from his before we came here, and speaking of here were here to the sewers."

The sewers were basicly the small sewers but on steroids. Miyu got out of the shuttle and watched as it darted back up the chute. She looked around again no action until she heard screaming.

"They are down here!" Fay yelled as they ran down the east one come on hurry!"

Miyu started to run faster and faster she couldn't wait to see the war. Until she got there. She gasped at the site. Dead wolf, dog and fox bodies with a pinch of aporoids and sharpclaw.

"Well, then." Miyu said as she charged up her blaster, "Lets go."

She jumped off the cliff were they were standing and started shooting, some of the soldiers looked grateful for killing half the aporoids on them. Miyu kept shooting rapidly until her blaster was knocked out of her hands and an aporoid jumped on her with more coming.

"Go...To..HELL!" she yelled at them and slid back and got her blaster and shot them all.

There were to many and more came in a whole wave of them. This was it she would die and this would be the lost Platoon. Platoon 51 would be covered. This wasn't a dream anymore. Miyu shook her head and yelled.

"Fight! Fight! Fight! Kill them all send them all to Hell!"

Those were the last words of the Captain before the whole Platoon was covered and washed away by the fleet.
