Let's distract ourselves with some off-topic chatter. I know one of BSG's main selling points for me is it's quasi-modernday military feel, and of course exploding warships. I say this because I'm also a big fan of paintball, more notably, the outdoor/milsim kind. I've seen one or two forum posters that seemed to express some interest in paintball and I was just wondering if there were more of us in the forum...

I try to play regularly, but now that i've got a job it kinda limits my play time. I prefer speedball like in NPPL tournaments.

Played it once over in the US and had a lot of fun.......but here in Germany its illegal to play:hoppingma ........too bad:mad:

My brother played twice in the 6 months he had his gun.

I play airsoft (wuss paintball) with 6th graders instead :)

Yeah man it is. I havent actually played paintball but I've played a cool paintball game - Digital Paintball. If you play Valve games you should know about this game. Its fun.

I used to play in the middle of parks in NYC, now THAT's illegal. hahah

also i've played that digital paintball game you're talking about, it's actually pretty fun, but obvoiusly doesn't beat the real thing

It's not illegal in Germany!
You are just nor allowed to play under the age of 18 or in an
public area. If you want to play go to a Paintball-field!

I used to play paint ball, but then I got poor.

Now I play airsoft, which is "Poorman's Paintball"

I played it once and thought it was great fun. I'd really like to do it again, but most of the other people I played with complained that it hurt too much when you got hit. My solution to that problem was to not get hit, but they didn't seem to try that too often...

I've never played paintball before, but I'd probably go with the safer choice and play Laser Quest!
