Yeah it's another noob question >_>;

Anyway I downloaded the freespace 1 port and the FS2 coop multiplayer missions and I need to ask were i have to place them in. Also I downloaded the AVI files of FS2 and FS and somehow I can't get them to play in FS2 for all the movies it keeps asking for a CD -_-; (Yes i downaloded the version from Home of the underdogs so sue me)

That's odd. The HotU version should never ask you for the CD as it included the cracked version of the exe file.

You can get a copy of the file from my FAQ's download page just to make sure if you wish. Or you can just upgrade to FS2_Open which definitely doesn't ask for the CDs.

Yeah I downloaded the files from your FAQs. same problem. Also somehow I can't Download the lastest FS2_open launcher (5.3). I did download the Source code version for the FAQ of how to get FS2NETD to work, sadly I can't get the cutscenes to work x_x

Is it asking you for the CDs in multiplayer or just to play the movies. Cause there is no way it should be doing the latter with HotU but i have heard of cases of the former.

Either way I think upgrading to FS2_Open is the best idea. Follow this (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,42081.msg859921.html#msg859921) guide here and you should be fine.

Wow. What a lovely attitude. If you cant understand how to download a file, or how to burn a CD Image, then I dont think the SCP is really all that good for you.

Sorry for 5 day revive ,but now i have a new problem. Im trying to forward port 7808 both UDP and TCP to my PC so i can host FSNETD games and some other games i play.Sadly when I enter my IP of my router it's asking for a name and password x_X

If it's a linksys router, leave the name blank and type 'admin' without the ' 's in the password field.

Yes i have a linksys router. Sadly i tried that 5 times on firefox and 4 times on internet exploro and i got

401 Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access. Either you supplied the wrong credentials(e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

Also I know my linksys Cable/DSL router is an BEFSR41 version 4

username: (leave blank)
password: admin

Odd defaults, but perhaps that's why you haven't had luck yet. :)

Protocol: Both
I.P.: your computer's i.p. on the local network
