Is there anyone here (besides me) who has actually read all the Robotech novels? If you havent and love Robotech, the books are where its all at...

I just finished the sentinel series again for the first time in 8 years and I will have to say that I enjoyed the books rather thoroughly...

Yea, end of the circle was pretty weird.

*warning, may contain spoilers*

A few questions, the books diddn't explain these subjects very well:

1. How and why did Lynn-Kyle sign on with the expeditionary force and how did he know Minmaei would ultimately end up there? I thought that was one of the most random things that happened in The Sentinels.

2. Rubicon says that Edwards is visible in the background in the communication window with Admiral Hayes. I dont see him anywhere (see picture below.)

3. How did Minmaei's singing work against the Zentradei for a second time even after years of exposure to Human culture?

5. Was general Reinhardt aboard the Ark Angel (SDF-7) when the final assault against earth began? If I recall right he was appointed commander of the Ark Angel before the fold into earthspace and if Ark Angel survived the assault shouldnt Reinhardt have survived as well? (see pics 2 & 3 of him getting destroyed.)

Favorite line:
"Edwards then immediately began to thinking of ways that he could gull, use and betray the Regent."
