Couldn't load ftl anim file on XP Windows, nVidia TNT2 M64 3D AGP grapics. Does anybody have an answer please?

Which mod? Or is this on Freespace 2 itself? Where did you get it? How did you install it?

Downloaded from this web site and installed, but couldn’t start the game pass briefing room. I had bit of time so I’ve already learned unfortunate facts, its my video card 
