I've been watching these forums for the better part of a year now, and all I can muster after seeing the progress made, the videos, the screenshots, is the following:

Absolutely incredible.

The work you guys are putting into this thing is simply amazing, and to think that it's all free time? You guys are some true fans to both FS2 and Starfox, and you guys are doing both every bit of justice.

To see something like this on the FS2 engine is amazing, especially to another Starfox fan such as myself. Imagine my surprise after getting FS2 to learn that there was a SF mod.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who felt such excitement at such a simple statement.

I don't want to bore you guys with my first post here, so I'll close here for the time being.

But Christ, you guys deserve all the respect of the modding community. This is an incredible endeavor, and I will support you guys as well as I can with my lack of skills. :P Keep pushing guys. Seeing this sucker finally released will be a triumph for every Starfox fan out there, and an even bigger triumph for you fellas developing this amazing mod.

Keep it up.

Welcome here! :D (I'm new too ^^)

Yeah seriously they deserve the respect of everyone. Actually I don't know if I ever seen another project like that, looks so big. Til now we only saw screens and gameplay video, they are amazing, so if there is a kickass story, it will be just... Incredible!

You guys must know if you don't already do, that many many people know about this project and they are waiting, and supporting you, even if they don't come here.

About that, do you care if we make some ad to your project?

Sounded more like you wanted to make the SoL team blush instead of bore LOL

I would say that it would have to be know where the ad is being placed and also what the ad looks like before being approved. BUT I am not the one to make that call so I would just wait till you see one of the others.

Well, if the team blushes, then I suppose that's a good thing. XD

Regardless, it was all honest praise. I don't think I've ever seen a Starfox mod for any of the games I've played, so to see it finally brought back to life is an awesome thing to me.

I do have one concern: voice-acting. Since Starfox 64 I've never heard better voice-acting than in that title. I'm more-or-less afraid that, should Peppy remain (he's near-death as it is, I'm sure. XD) I don't want to hear him sound like an old person that is...well...deteriorating. I'd rather hear the original Peppy (or something close).

Some mods have brilliant voice-acting. Some just...don't. This game will be awesome no matter which it ends up being, but having awesome voice-acting would be a definite plus.

Perhaps I can help there? At least I can contribute something to this, then. I have no other skills that would be of use, so maybe I can lend my voice?

Well then if I where you I would take a look right here (http://www.game-warden.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=60) if you can't access that forum then I would suggest looking into this (http://www.game-warden.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1402) thread maybe someone there can direct you to who you need to talk to in order to help out in that area. Either way you will have to go through an audition so I would get some samples ready.

Thanks Brockenstein, I appreciate the links. First one was a no-go, but Da has a new PM.

I hope there's an opening for this. Helping with this project would just be awesome in every way!
