I'm thinking of upgrading my Radeon 9200, and I was thinking of buying this one. Is this a good card?

Yes, its allright i guess (but dont get it from wallmart! :) ). I would go for the 5700 LE if I were you....thats what I have and I can play any game out right now with no lag. I paid 140 for mine about a year ago. Dont pay any more than 110 for one now.
Just FYI, the gforce cards with odd second numbers (5500, 5700) are all better than the one with even numbers (5200 5600)

Out of the GeForce cards one of the best for price and performance was the GeForce FX5900 SE. [Firing Squad] (http://firingsquad.com/hardware/evga_e-geforce_fx_5900_xt_review/)

Ok, I know a bit about this stuff.
The 9200 is slow.
The 5200 is also slow. (Peheraps even slower)
The 5700 LE is also slow. (Due to it's 64-Bit memory interface. If it has 128-Bit it might be slightly faster than your card.)
The 5900 SE (or XT) is a fast card.
Try to get one of those, they are fast enough for all games:
ATI R 9600 Pro
ATI R 9600 XT
ATI R 9500 (only the Extreme Edidition, the other ones are slow.)
ATI R X600 Pro
Or faster ATI cards
Nvidia GF4 TI 4200 (Not that much faster than your card...)
Nvidia GF FX 5700 (As fast as the 4200, but has Pixel Shader 2.0)
Nvidia GF FX 5700 Ultra
Nvidia GF FX 5900 (XT,SE,LE, whatever) (A good card.)
Nvdia GF6 6600 (a fast and inexpensive card, possibly faster at modern games
than the FX cards.)
Nvidia GF6 6600 GT (The fastest of all these cards. It has a great 'frame per buck' count. But it's not really cheap.)
Or take a faster card.
The 5200 is no real upgrade. 256 MB ram have no positive effect on cards, slower than the 6600 GT.
Edit: This might help you:

/me has a ATI R 9600XT.
It's pretty good. Still can be a bottleneck, though. :sigh:

You can't go wrong with an ATI 9800 Pro. Unless you drop it, or something.
