i really need some sincere help in games

I am a new player,i am immersed in playing warhammer, i feel wonderful at the beginning,it looks like full of challenge,not like wow and Lord of Rings. but now,i I GOT trapped ,at first it always pop up window, then i close them all, later i can't access my character via account ,then tried it on and on, it keep on warning" your input doesn't exist." what is the matter?can someone help me out?

And since we don't have a "gaming section" this should be moved to General Discussion. You accidently posted in the Freespace GD area.

My powers only work in the RT section...
