FS2 Exteme Mod, what would it be you ask? :lol:

A mod using Uber Poly FS2 Ships, kind of like the Hi Poly models, only with a ton more detail, (and here is the part that I'm gonna get fryed), and it would add more turrets to the ships, making them far more deadly. It woud add huge nebulas and planets to the main campaign, adding a good deal of imersion.And would fix some bugs in the main campaign, but in no way changing the mission design or the Main Campaign design.


Now don't kill me yet, this is only a thought,But it would break cannon. But, it would be as a mod, so you wouldn't have to use it. But, It will not include new ships or such.

Now, please don't hurt me. :biggrin1:

The problem with 'uber poly' ships is that someone needs to make them. It's not like people can just hit the 'auto-high poly' button in gmax or whatever. Huge nebulas would be cool, that is, if they looked like Homeworld or X2's backgrounds, taking up... well, the whole background.

Wow, I'm not dead. :lol: I'll begin playing with the models and see what comes up.
