um, i was wondering, you guys keep discussing what's up with the lylat's system organization of planets and stuff, but what a bout what is general pepper's actual face? .-.
i mean, the guy must be a mutant becaus in each game he looks completely different...

i don't know if he is on command, and i really didn't wan't to look out for his face on SF2 as well.
anyway, this may be a stupid thing to make a thread about, but, i was wondering about it .-.
also, in So,L he would be the general pepper of wich game?

To be completely honest, I think the one in Adventures should be used. He looked like his job was meant for him. In Assault he looked too old to be in command.
Oh god... "In command"... It's a sign o.O jk
Anyway yea Adventures is the best imo.

I think that General Pepper looks pretty much the same in Starfox Adventures as he did in Lylat Wars, just better textured, the Assault general looks weird, and the way that his eyes sit make him look like he has MASSIVE cataracts, in fact it wasn't until I saw a promotional picture of him that I realized that he even had pupils. and whats with the elbow length gloves?:wtf::pimp:?!
In conclusion, I like the Lylat Wars/Adventures one:yes:

What breed is he? He looks like a basset hound in SNES and Assault. I forgot the name of the breed I'm thinking of for the way he looks in 64 and Adventures.

Nintendo Power: Pug
SNES: Bassit hound
N64: Boxer + Lab (mixed)
Adventures: Boxer + Lab (mixed)
Assault: Bassit hound

NO! Wrong! General Pepper has always been a hound in all of his incarnations--a weird hound maybe, but defiantly a hound. A Labrador just wouldn't suit his style.

I think the original Japanese version had a cigarette, but for some reason everything that gets translated into English has to be rated G. For this reason, I hope to hear at least a "damn" or a "hell" in SoL.
Also, which additude should Pepper have? I liked him in Adventures. He was cliché in N64. I don't remember how he was in the other games.

the assault pepper was like, what a actual old general of a army would act like. he was precise and professional. and old.:p
I don't recall the old sf comic being released in japan, (also why Fara Phoenix wasn't in sf 2) she was originally, in the alphas versions of the game, but removed her probably because I guess they don't like the idea of a NP comic controlling there series... correct me if im wrong

besides, the adventures pepper looks like he has a sandwich on his head lol
