They are releasing a demo soon. At least as far as I know.

The project isn't dead. We're moving along just fine and just have a little bit more to do for the demo.

And on that note, willy, I don't know what your obsession is with seeing Pathways fail, but constantly hounding the public forum with "is this dead?" threads isn't doing anyone any good.
