Is FS2NETD down?

I've been trying to access FS2NETD for since yesterday but I keep getting an error back. I think that it might be down or something could someone else with Freespace Open do this and validate for me? When you try to access it in Freespace open, Connection refused returns back..and now that've checked it....the same game that is currently up has been playing for 12 hours now :eek2:
