Many people argue that the Assault version of the Great Fox should of been in Super Smash Bros Brawl, but it sadly wasn't. What I am about to preform will allow the Assault Great Fox to be a playable stage. It will be much like the Great Fox in the Stage "Corneria" but this one will be longer, no battle area where the "jet fire" is in the back of the ship(You will just burn) and look much cooler than the original. (in my opinion)

With the new stage added, the mod will be released with a playable character, Krystal. With all of this in mind, it will take a while. Krystal is still in development and the PA team only consists of two members right now. The mod should be complete in no longer than a month.

I don't see a real interest since the 64 GreatFox is way better.

I always thought there should be a middle ground between the 64 Greatfox and Assault Greatfox. Either way, they're both still prefferable over the carrier from Command.

That said, I remain slightly curious as to how the Assault model would look in brawl.

Will the Assault Greatfox fire rapid pulses like the original stage, or are you going all-out and giving it beams like from Assault?

...I really hope I didn't just start a which Greatfox is best derailment. XD

I'm closing this thread.

Even though this is the Shadows of Lylat forum, we don't mind postings about the orginal games, or general Star Fox topics. We also do not have a problem if other developers announce their projects here.

However, if you use this thread as a forum for your own project and even link this thread as official project website... that's a bit too much...
