i played last night, but after loosing say 30 kills to crashes, i quit atnd went to bed. id like to get more than two people though. for some team vs team.

for the next 4 hours im open for games. im not gonna run a server untill i find another player though. please post if youre intrested. il check back every 10 minutes or so.

are there any varified dogfight missions? i think it would be a cool idea to keep a validated dogfight server going at all times.

That's a great idea. Did you end up getting more validated missions? You can find them on the game-warden downloads page. My suggestion: keep your FS2\data folder as clean as possible, extract these validated missions to a new somemod\data folder within your FS2 folder.

anamael, is your server still running? Because at this moment it is not listed on the fs2netd active games page. Were you able to connect to fs2netd in-game without error?

i installed the missions, only problem about the mission packs is none of the dogfight missions are valid. there are plenty of other missions.

as for my directory being clean, cleaned it up shortly after fs2net came back online. had to set nukemod up with a mod.ini to get everything working. only thing in the root and fs data dir is whatever came with retail, and a couple renamed scripting files, uncommenting them may give me a slight advantage in multi, such as being able to play pong when im bored

i set up an rc7 dedicated server for tonight if anyone wants to play. i might join in later.

ok, the standalone server didnt seem to work. dhere doesnt seem to be any recent documentation on the thing and im tired to tweaking it. i might just run a regular server in an hour or so.

sence i dont have anything better to do im gonna start up a server. from now on (least till a newer version comes out

) il be using taylors new build which he posted here. supposidly its got some multifixes, and it doesnt work with other builds. so youl need to get it and install it as well to play.
