Alright guys, girls and anthropomorphic creatures this is your chance to help us out! I figured this would be the best time to post this thread while most people are still on break and have time to reply to it. We will be making additions, chances and updates to the Official Website. Although some of these changes won't happen for another couple of months I would love your support now.

The FAQ has had a few additions plus a new navigation feature so you can skip to the answer instead of scrolling looking for the question and answer. We want to expand our FAQ. So here is where you can help.

We want you to list the most frequently asked questions that NEED to be added to the FAQ for all new comers to see and be directed to.

You can make comments about what else you would like to see the website have but the main focus of this thread is the FAQ section so please try to stay on topic. From all of the SoL Team we thank you for your support.

Good, good, i'll try to think up some questions...

well this isn't really a question, but you site doesn't have a favicon. Its just a sheet of paper XD
 
Two frequently asked questions:

1) How about the Landmaster, On-foot mission and Undersea levels?
2) What about the controller? Maybe something about the wiimote too.

Thats some things I've noticed.
 
1) Is there going to be voice acting? (Talk about upcoming voice acting tryouts or something)

2) Are there going to be any new characters?

3) How is the game going to be released? (Talk about it being released in stages)
 
I think the "What is this?" part could stand to be split:

1a) What is this? It's a game based on the Freespace 2 engine, featuring space and atmosphere battles from the cockpit of an Arwing.

1b) Won't you get sued? No, we're not affiliated with whoever, and we're not doing this for money.

1c) What platform will it be released on? Any fairly recent computer running Win, Mac, Linux. No consoles.

2) How much will it cost?

3) Something about Krystal. It'll probably come up eventually.

Brock, I'm just wondering what you might know what ustream is. I think it would be awesome if Sol did something like that. I don't know what you would say, but you should make an account "ShadowsofLyat" or something, so if you ever consider it, maybe you might do something like that.

Or general Star Fox chat, talk with an admin about star fox with other game warden forums-ers or other star fox fans.

Yup I have watched a few channels, I guess I could always strip for you guys... I could dress up in a Fox costume and... LOL jk jk

I don't know if any of us will open a ustream account, for now I would focus on our youtube account or take a look at the Star Fox Blog Cast. (Note: most of our videos are on DaBrain2578 account and have not be transferred yet.) But who knows maybe a ustream account would be a good idea for releases and big updates.

I cannot get Marek's ustream to work. Do I need anything special for the vids there to run?

I have a question. Will the ships be customizable?

Will there be money like in AC5?

uhh you fool, i got it to work, you just don't know when not to watch wen im on!
how about this, I will stream until 10 o'clock? yea just me on the pc.:lol:
 
My FAQ's - and I'm sure few others are wondering desperately but i highly doubt will be answered because SOL is being so secretive and surprising and blah blah.

This is one I see.. alot.

1)What characters will be in Shadows of Lylat (Enemies, Allies, Old, New)
1b) What will be the playable characters (if not only Fox)

2) Multiplayer Mode?
2b) Microphone Support? (more of a personal question.)
2c) Will Weapons, Arwings and other Vehicles in MultiPlayer mode be customizable?

3) How long has The SoL Team been working on this project?
3b) Staff of the project and their current contribution on the game (ei. Graphic-StaffName, Music-StaffName)

4) Will all the features be free?

That's all I can think of.
