Upcoming downtime
As already mentioned in the announcements by Kara we will most likely have some upcoming downtime in the next week or so. HLP and GW are moving to a more economical and better server.
Downtime for the forums should be minimal, but it will probably take a few days to get all projects files transferred over. If everything goes according to plan your downtime for GW/HLP should be 1-3 days depending on how often your ISP updates their DNS servers.
The way we have GW structured makes it very modular and thus easy to move, but that does not guarantee success in getting everything working. We will send out a mailer if we experience any problems.
Everyone's stuff has already been backed up by me, but if you still want your own copy you should do it soon. I would like to ask everyone to NOT back up anything else after late Monday to avoid slowing down our connection when I am attempting to move.

Alright, from this point forward anything that you upload into your project internals may not make the move. I am starting the transfer to the new server now. Expect DT soon.

ok, we are now MOVED! There are still loads of problems, but at least basic forum functionality has been restored. Report bugs here. Things i know: shoutbox does not work any other addons do not work (the addons had to be disabled because they were causing problems. they will be re enabled later)

I will hopefully get something set up to where you can still play on the old server. We will have it for another month so this should be possible

Does anyone have the iso's for FS2? i tried the link but it said it was removed. I have been trying to find the game forever...i Loved it back in the day and wanted to play it again i just dont simply want to have to buy it.

We don't support downloading the ISOs any more since the game is available as a download from GoodOldGames for about $5 and we support GOG's idea of making great games available again. |
